Your company, formed right the first time.

The filing is the easy part. The tax election, the state accounts, the payroll setup and the bank binder are why you call a CPA. One package, in order, bank-ready in about a week.

  • The decision first: LLC, S-corp, C-corp or partnership, made on your numbers, not a blog post. It follows you every April.
  • The filings, in order and on time: articles with the state, the EIN, the S-election inside its two-month-and-fifteen-day window, and the state accounts your business actually needs.
  • What the bank and your attorney will ask for: a binder with every filing and letter. Operating agreements are drafted by your attorney, not by us.
  • The setup that keeps you in good standing: payroll for your own salary if you are an S-corp, a separate bank account, and the annual report date on a calendar with a reminder.
