Nothing on this site — no page, no video, no downloadable item — is tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice for your situation. Tax outcomes turn on facts, and the facts here are not yours.
Using this site, watching a video, or sending a message through the contact form does not create a CPA-client relationship. That relationship begins only when a written engagement letter is signed by both you and the firm, and it covers only the work that letter describes.
Chris Parker is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and Mississippi. He is not an attorney and does not practice law. The firm does not draft operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder or member agreements, or any other legal instrument, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to. Where legal work is needed, the firm will say so and help you find counsel.
The firm does not provide investment advice and is not a registered investment adviser.
